About

Thanet Creative exists to share a love of writing and creativity. We gather online and in various locations around Thanet to share our love of writing, to offer support, and get valuable feedback on things we are working on.

We were founded by Matthew Brown (a local blogger and minor political activist), Laura Winder, David Clements, Illisia Adams, and Andrew Winder in 2013. In 2017 we became a charity.

Our groups and events all feature the words “Thanet Creative” anything else is almost certainly not us.
